50 per cent tariff cut for using up to 400 units of power, says Arvind Kejriwal

He also said the subsidy will be applied to those who are consuming power below 400 units, adding, subsidy rates will help 28 lakh consumers in Delhi. He also said that the burden on exchequer will be Rs 200 crore on paper but effectively it will be 61 crore due to subsidy.
