Rainfall in Punjab, Haryana; fog lifts in many places

Also, dense fog, which had paralyzed normal life in the two states during the past few days, lifted from many places today, though it continued at some places, including Hisar, Ludhiana, Narnaul and Bhiwani, a met official said.
