1993 Delhi blast: Convict Bhullar moves SC seeking commutation of death sentence

The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear a curative petition on 1993 Delhi blast convict Khalistani terrorist Devender Pal Singh Bhullar seeking commutation of death sentence to life imprisonment.The apex court will hear the petition on January 28.
