Delhi Police to file complaint against Somnath Bharti over late night raid

Bharti had carried out late night raids in South Delhi's Khirki Extension and alleged that sex trade and drug peddling was going on in the locality with the help of foreign nationals staying there. But police refused to take any action saying no raids can be conducted in the night.
