Arrest of Indian fishermen by SL Navy: Jaya writes to PM

In a letter to Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Monday, she referred to the arrest of 19 Tamil Nadu fishermen two days back and said she was at a "loss of words to convey my deep anguish over the repeated apprehension and incarceration" of a large number of fishermen.
