Delhi needs Lokayukta through collaborative approach: Kiran Bedi

Defending the Lokpal Act passed by the Parliament, former IPS officer Kiran Bedi on Wednesday said Delhi only needs an amended Lokayukta which was possible only with a "collaborative approach".
