Harish Rawat sworn-in as Uttarakhand Chief Minister

Harish Rawat has been appointed as the new Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. He had arrived in the state to a resounding reception by his supporters amid beating of drums and presentation of Kumaoni folk dances.
