HC refuses to stay release of film `Ya Rab'

The division bench of Chief Justice Mohit Shah and Justice M S Sanklecha passed the order on a public interest litigation filed by NGO `Jamiat Ulama e Maharashtra', which objects to the alleged depiction of madrassas as "a source of terrorism" in the film.
