Probe in Tejpal case sets a benchmark: Goa Chief Minister

Goa Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar on Monday claimed the investigation into allegations of sexual assault against journalist Tarun Tejpal was another benchmark after that in the December 16 gangrape case in Delhi.
