Rafale fighter deal deferred for 2014-15, no money left: Antony

Government is looking into the complaints against the procedure to determine the winner of multi-billion dollar combat aircraft deal, Defence Minister AK Antony on Thursday said while admitting that there was no money to sign such a big deal in this fiscal.
