Sri Lanka Cricket defer decision on ICC revamp

Opposed to the ICC's structural overhaul which would cede executive decision-making to India, Australia and England, Sri Lanka Cricket has appointed a sub-committee to deliberate on the proposed revamp after its executive committee meeting ended without a conclusion.
