Telangana scuffle in Parliament: 17 MPs suspended by Lok Sabha Speaker for disrupting proceedings of the House

The UPA government on Thursday tabled the Telangana Bill in Lok Sabha amid protests both inside and outside Parliament. All 17 Andhra MPs who were involved in ruckus were suspended by Lok Sabha Speaker under rule 374.
