Congress demands arrest of Punjab minister over attack on lawyer

Punjab Congress on Sunday demanded the arrest of Industries Minister, Anil Joshi in a case of attack on Amritsar lawyer Vaneet Mahajan, who had earlier filed a case of dual voting against Joshi.
