Modi says he wants to fill the vacuum at Centre and take on development tasks

Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Friday said there no establishment during the reign of the Congress-led UPA government, and added that it was period of vacuum which will be filled by newly elected BJP government.
