PIL against Lalu Prasad over distribution of party symbols

A PIL was filed on Thursday in the Patna High Court questioning the legitimacy of distribution of the party symbol to candidates by RJD President Lalu Prasad who, it held, could not hold the post after conviction in a corruption case.
