Bihar: Police constable blinds and kills daughter's lover

A 22-year-old youth was blinded and killed allegedly by his girlfriend’s father, a police constable, and other family members when he had gone to secretly meet her at her house at Daulatpur village in Patna district, police said on Sunday.
