Calamity threat: Departments asked to prepare contingency plan

With Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicting deficient rainfall due to El-Nino factor during this monsoon, Odisha government today asked all the departments to prepare a contingency plan within a week in order to meet the eventuality.
