'Chataka Pakhi' brings hope of monsoon in Odisha

A migratory bird, locally known as the 'Chataka Pakhi' and believed to be a harbinger of the rains, has been sighted in Odisha signalling that the south-west monsoons may not be far away, ornithologists said.
