Water conservation issue of concern: HP Irrigation Min

Expressing concern over emerging challenges due to climate change and increasing population, Himachal Pradesh Irrigation minister Vidya Stokes today said comprehensive planning was needed to ensure conservation of ground water and increase in food production.
