Ex-Maharashtra CM Ashok Chavan moves HC against poll panel's notice

Former Maharashtra Chief Minister Ashok Chavan has moved the Delhi High Court challenging a show cause notice issued by the Election Commission which has found him guilty of failing to give his correct expenses in the 2009 assembly polls.
