Badal calls hooting incidents undemocratic, morally deplorable

Punjab Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal on Friday called the recent incidents of supporters of political parties booing at public figures “undemocratic and morally deplorable” and urged them to maintain decorum during public functions.
