Traffic crawls in Delhi-NCR due to I-Day rehearsals; Advisory says avoid roads near Red Fort till Aug 15

Delhi Traffic Police today issued an advisory asking commuters to avoid several roads leading to the Red Fort and instead use Delhi Metro, ahead of the full dress rehearsal of the Independence Day celebrations today.
