'Smart Cities' to feature wi-fi, telemedicine services

According to a draft concept paper for the proposal released by the ministry, better transportation and sewage systems have also been envisaged for the Smart Cities. The sewage system would be such that it would cover entire households with a door-to door garbage collection facility.
