Nepal's Constitution to be promulgated in January: CPN-UML

The new Constitution will be fully democratic, guaranteeing individual freedom, human rights and it would also ensure the rights of the multi-ethnic, multi-cultural and multi-lingual people of Nepal, said Oli, top leader of CPN-UML, part of the ruling coalition led by Nepali Congress.
