Hudhud effect: Remnants of cyclone adds nip to Delhi air; North gets rain, temperatures dip

"The rains and subsequent fall in temperature was due to remnants of cyclone Hudhud, which was over eastern Uttar Pradesh as a depression and Western disturbances over Jammu and Kashmir. However, the impact is over," said B P Yadav, Director of Indian Meteorological department.
