Political uncertainty must end in Delhi, ready for polls anytime: BJP

"We are prepared even if polls are held in Delhi tomorrow. The preparations are continuously on. Uncertainty must end, till when will bureaucrats run Delhi? There must be an elected government, we are prepared," Upadhayay told ANI here.
