Tata AutoComp Systems form 50:50 joint venture with Mexico's Katcon Global

The JV, which will be based out of Pune, will focus on designing and delivering innovative exhaust systems and emission after-treatment solutions to the Indian automotive industry, Tata AutoComp Systems said in a statement.
