Bhutan King breaks protocol to receive Pranab Mukherjee

Breaking protocol, the Bhutanese King and his wife received President Pranab Mukherjee at the airport as he arrived in Bhutan for a two-day visit, the first by an Indian head of state to the country in 26 years.
