Rajya Sabha adopts resolution condemning bail to Lakhvi

Rajya Sabha today adopted a resolution condemning the bail granted to Mumbai attack mastermind Zaki-ur Rehman Lakhvi and asked Pakistan to ensure that no perpetrator of any terrorist activity went unpunished.
