PIL on directive to TN govt to implement Lokayukta dismissed

Suggesting that the petitioner can approach the court if Tamil Nadu Government did not form Lokayukta even after amendments proposed by the Centre were introduced, Madras High Court today disposed a PIL seeking a directive to the state to set up the anti-graft body.
