Sohrabuddin case: Gujarat IPS officer Agarwal's discharge plea rejected

A special CBI court today rejected the discharge application filed by senior IPS officer Vipul Agarwal who was arrested in connection with the fake encounter killing cases of Sohrabuddin Sheikh and Tulsiram Prajapati.
