Supreme Court dismisses plea of Rangnath Mishra in disproportionate assets case

A bench headed by Justice Ranjan Gogoi dismissed the plea of Mishra, who is facing prosecution under various provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act for allegedly possession assets disproportionate to his known sources of income.
