UP Govt asked to pay monetary relief in fake encounter case

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Monday asked the Uttar Pradesh government to pay monetary relief of Rs 5 lakh to the next of kin of Rakesh alias Chache, who was killed in a fake encounter by the State police in Aligarh on February 11, 2009.
